Hey all, let's revisit some of the things that have gone down at Mason in September so far.
The first event we had was the night the first freshman moved in...surprisingly called First Night Mason ;)

Welcome Week was absolutely amazing! I had the opportunity to help out with some of the festivities which included a student organization fair, a carnival complete with a dunk tank (for Student Body President Dasgupta), free food from places like Hard Times, Great Harvest Bread Co, and Uno's Bar and Grill, and cool events like laser tag. Student Activites and University Life gave away t-shirts, planners, reminders about upcoming events and other goodies.
I also went to the NPHC Step Show...........Holy Crap! It was sheer genius.

Fast foward through events like Trivia at the Rathskellar, Mason on Location at Six Flags and Nationals Park and Mount Vernon, Service Saturday at the International Children's Festival, Singer Javier Colon, and Karaoke at the Rathskellar. All awesome, and all worth going to.
I can tell that the rest of the school year is going to be exciting!
